Fusion

Since statistics such as bond are not IC concepts per se, this is to give some help in what actually needs to occur when a human and a pokemon, or a fusion and a mon need to fuse together.

For it to occur ICly, the human and pokemon, or born-fusion and mon have to desire it greatly, and usually have had to spend a while together. Temporary fusions are for those who are less well acquainted, while permafusions are more binding of the two creatures on a deep, intrinsic level, and their thoughts and feelings on merging has to be great.
